Services Description

Aussie Event Planners provides professional event entertainment services, including table entertainment experiences, professional hosting, and event planning assistance across Australia. Specific services, pricing, and availability are detailed in individual service agreements.

Booking and Payment Terms

Deposits: A deposit is required to secure your event date. This deposit confirms booking and is applied to your final balance.

Final Payment: Final payment is due prior to your event date as specified in your service agreement.

Cancellation: Cancellation policies are outlined in your service agreement. Cancellations may result in forfeiture of deposits depending on timing.

Rescheduling: Date changes may be accommodated subject to availability and may incur adjustment fees.

Client Responsibilities

As the client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate event information including date, location, guest count, and requirements
• Ensure venue access is available at the agreed setup time
• Maintain appropriate conditions for entertainment equipment (shelter, security, etc.)
• Obtain any necessary permits or approvals for entertainment at your venue
• Communicate any changes or special requirements in advance

Our Responsibilities

We agree to:

• Provide professional entertainment services as specified in your service agreement
• Arrive at the venue at the agreed time for setup
• Maintain professional standards in presentation and conduct
• Provide trained staff capable of delivering agreed services
• Communicate promptly about any issues or changes affecting your event

Limitation of Liability

While we strive to deliver exceptional service, we are not liable for circumstances beyond our control including weather events, venue access restrictions, or other force majeure events. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and design, is owned by Aussie Event Planners and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved through Australian legal channels.
